Guest Etiquette & Terms of Service​

At Massage La Rose Des Vents Wellness Spa, we are committed to providing a safe, professional, and luxurious wellness experience. By booking services, purchasing memberships or gift cards, or using our website, you agree to the following policies:

Reservations & Appointments

  • Advance reservations are recommended; a valid credit card may be required to secure bookings.

  • Walk-ins are welcome when available.

  • To enjoy your visit fully, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the service cost.

  • No-shows will incur a charge for 100% of the scheduled service fee.

  • Thank you for respecting our time and the time of others.

Late Arrivals

We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to allow time for check-in, and beginning your experience in a relaxed state. Late arrivals may result with the remaining time of session

Payments & Gratuities

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
  • A 20% gratuity is recommended and may be paid in cash or added to your payment method.

Lockers & Personal Belongings

  • Lockers are provided with wet treatments, packages with wet treatments and priority is given to members and day-pass guests.

  • While we provide these as a courtesy, the spa is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to leave valuables at home 

During Treatments

  • Proper draping is required during all treatments.

  • Guests may undress only to their comfort level.

  • Inappropriate behavior — including suggestive comments, misconduct, or illegal requests — will result in:

    • Immediate termination of service without refund

    • Permanent ban from the Spa

    • Possible notification to law enforcement or licensing boards

Health & Medical Conditions

  • Guests must disclose medical history, injuries, allergies, or recent surgeries before services.

  • Certain conditions may require medical clearance.

  • The Spa reserves the right to refuse or modify any treatment if it may compromise guest safety.

Age Requirements

  • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and may require written consent.

  • Not all treatments are available for minors.

Gift Cards & Prepaid Packages

  • All gift cards and e-gift certificate sales are final.
  • Gift certificates cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
  • Gift cards may be transferred to another person and are valid for services or retailed products offered by our business.
  • Please treat your gift certificate like cash; lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced.
  • Promotional packages, prepaid series, and discounted services are non-refundable.
  • In some case, remaining balances may be applied toward other services at the regular rate.
  • Packages, Series, or bundles purchase online are non-refundable.
  • Packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Unused sessions after expiration will be forfeited and not eligible for refund or credit.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • All service sales are final.

  • Unopened or unused retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations, unless they are defective or cause an allergic reaction (proof required).

Professional & Legal Standards

  • All services are therapeutic and wellness-focused.

  • Only licensed massage therapists and estheticians provide treatments, in compliance with Florida law.

  • Our team adheres to strict professional and ethical standards.

Liability Waiver

By receiving services at the Spa, guests acknowledge:

  • Services are not a substitute for medical care.

  • Therapists act within their professional scope of practice.

  • The Spa is not liable for outcomes beyond the standard of professional care except in cases of proven gross negligence.

Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.
